Before entering Real Estate I graduated from college and then went into Church ministry for 4 years as a pastor.  I then became a  partner with my father and owned a number of independent businesses in Kamloops, B.C.  This previous work experience has provided me with an understanding, which enables me to work with customers, appreciate and listen to them as they are purchasing homes or involved in Commercial Real Estate.   

I have been married to the same wonderful lady for the past 41years and we have raised 3 children.  We are now in the era of grandchildren and having a wonderful time.  

I have been in Real Estate for the past 24 years.  In those years I have worked for an independent Real Estate Company for about 14 years.  I owned a company for 4 of those years.  I have been with RE/MAX for the past 10 years and have been a member of the RE/MAX 100% club for each of those years and have earned the Hall of Fame award as well.  My customers presently are coming from an 89% referral or repeat customer base.  This has been my experience over the past 12 years.  My first priority for customers is to find them a home they can enjoy, meets their needs and is within their dollar means.  I believe in life after the mortgage payment.   I have been working about 60% with purchasers and 40% sellers.  This is true of both my residential and commercial portfolios.
